Ponytails....

Every morning before school when Kendall is eating her breakfast I try to get her hair done while she is sitting in one place relatively still. I usually ask her if she wants one or two ponytails....this particular day she said "THREE!" So I did what any loving mother would do, I gave her three just like she requested







She loved them and even kept them in all day.

Bangs

Kendall is 2.5...you would think that her hair would grow in by now.....one day my baby will have bangs.

ISR Week 3

Kendall is doing a great job with swim lessons! We had to skip a week because the instructor was sick, but luckily it didn't interfere with her learning/retaining. Here is quick shot of her lesson from Tuesday of this week. The is now working on the swim/float/swim sequence.

Seven Years

Today marks our 7th wedding anniversary..can you believe it baby!?!? I swear it feels more like 17, but okay, 7 it is. Here is to another year and hoping that next year you will actually be on the same continent as me to celebrate!

Tomato!!

Looks like my brown thumb just might have a little green in it after all! I originally had two lonely tomatoes. One fell off before it ripened...the other made it all the way. While it was a little smaller than I was expecting, I think this variety is a small one.



It was quite tasty and I am very pleased with myself.



After consulting with my mom, Ms. Greenthumb herself, I figured out I need to actually FEED the plants, not just water them. So after getting some tomato food and diligently feeding the two plants, I have more blossoms and more fruit has appeared! Looking good, just hope this heat doesn't do them in....
