4th of July Parade

At Kendall's school they had an Independence Day Parade on July 3rd. Her class made hats and carried their own little flag. They practiced marching all week. Kendall has a gimp march...she will lift her right leg up and down and drag her left. Not sure what is going on there, but everyone sure got a laugh out of it. I was doubtful that Kendall would wear the hat, but once again she proved me wrong. She even marched out first and led the way! I tried to stay out of her line of sight because I didn't want to distract her. It was so cute and she loved the hat and flag. Kendall wanted to wear the hat all weekend....

Europe 2008 part I

Okay, okay, I finally got some of our pictures uploaded. I lost my card reader and had some troubles getting the pictures transferred. Here is the first segment of our trip. Enjoy.... (double click to see a larger page)

We are back....

and still trying to get adjusted. I have a mountain of laundry to get through...i can't wait to share some of the pictures...will try to get to it this weekend. Kendall is a great traveler and did great on the flights, didn't have to drug her once:)

I go back to the office tomorrow and Kendall went to school this morning, for at least half the day, to get adjusted again. She's been out for over two weeks so I'm sure she is very pleasant today.

Trip of a lifetime

Well Kendall and I are in Switzerland this week. Sorry for no new posts but its been a little more technically challenging than I was expecting. We will be back on Monday night so check back next week for more details about the trip.

Good Lil Momma

Kendall inherited by niece Taylor's baby doll set in the move. We brought it home this weekend and Kendall loves it! She loves to put her Minnie Mouse in the stroller and push her around and then loves to feed her in the highchair. She is one good momma.





Translation: "um I know what I'm doing I don't need your instruction"

Bye-Bye Parrish Family

My sister and her family are moving this weekend. I knew they were leaving but I guess it just really didn't sink in till now. I've always been the one to move away and she was always here (in more ways than one)....but know she is the one leaving. This move is going to be great for her and her family....and I guess they really aren't going to be that far away.

I see lots of road trips in our future....
